Exhibitor Terms and Conditions

Liverpool Coffee Festival 2025

Exhibitors will arrive in good time to be ready to trade at 10am on both Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th June.

Load in times will be between 7am and 9am,after this time all vehicles must be off site. There is paid parking adjacent to the site.

The amenities listed in your chosen stand package are all that Liverpool Coffee Festival are to provide, any dressing for your stand and/or equipment will be the responsibility of the exhibitor and must not protrude further than 3ft in front of your stand. Behind and under your stand may be used for storage etc. 

Full payment for your chosen stand must be paid to secure your right to exhibit at Liverpool Coffee Festival. If payment is not received by April 30th 2025 your stand is not guaranteed to be free for the festival and will be advertised to other parties. Cancellation after this date will not receive a refund of the exhibitor fee due to any outside cause. Should you need to cancel your exhibitor booking the request must be submitted via email to HELLO@LIVERPOOLCOFFEEFESTIVAL.CO.UK to await approval.

There will be security on site 24hr but Liverpool Coffee Festival are not responsible for any damage or loss of property. 

Exhibitors may be ejected from the festival if they conduct themselves in any way that the festival deems inappropriate, such as aggressive or threatening behaviour. No refund will issued if you are ejected from the festival. 

Exhibitors will be responsible for any damage of property of Liverpool Coffee Festival, Sub Rosa, Black Lodge Brewery.
